GMHC's mission is to preserve, improve and increase affordable housing for low and moderate income individuals and families, assist communities with housing revitalization as well as create and carryout demonstration projects..

Single Family Home Ownership Program

GMHC builds new and/or renovates single-family homes in the greater Minneapolis and St. Paul metropolitan area. The homes are sold to person of low & moderate-income with the majority being first-time home buyers with incomes at or below 80% of median.
